Joyoti Banerji is an Organisational Development leader and an HR Entrepreneur based in New Delhi. She has held leadership roles with accountability for organisational and team success in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. This includes running consulting businesses, start-ups, human resource management functions and management consulting engagements.
Her domain experience is in the design and implementation of talent strategies, culture journeys and change management programs. She has held corporate roles in large conglomerates in India as well as, small to mid-sized companies. Some of her prior roles are Co-Owner and Partner Great Place to Work, India, Co-Founder – Great Place IT Services, and Vice President at ICICI Group across ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and ICICI Venture.

Dr. Vishwanath Joshi (fondly known as VJ) is an Organizational Development Consultant with over two and a half decades of experience spanning Academics, Research, Consulting, Facilitation, and Corporate Leadership. A Doctorate in Organizational Development (OD), his expertise lies in Leadership and Career Development. As a faculty member, he has taught 5,000+ executives through his association with Symbiosis University, working with over three dozen organizations.
In his corporate career, he has held several key roles, including Chief People Officer at Hexaware Technologies, a 30,000+ employee mid-sized technology services firm. In this role, he spearheaded impactful developmental and cultural initiatives. As Practice Head at Great Place to Work and later as Senior VP & Chief Facilitator at Great Manager Institute, VJ has led 450+ Leadership and Managerial Capability-building interventions across industries such as IT, Manufacturing, Banking, and Insurance.
His personal mission is to keep the "H" in HR alive by enabling managers and leaders to embrace people-centric practices that foster high-engagement, high-performance work cultures. VJ is based in Pune.
